Diversi’s board has the long term visionary responsibility of our organisation. Members of the board should reflect all of the three sectors that Diversi interact with. That is; industry, education, community. We also strive to keep the board diverse and multifaceted in terms of background, gender, experience, age and so forth, so that we can maintain a fresh perspective on the challenges we face as an organisation.
Diversi Operations handle the daily running of the organisation and also deals with the projects and events that we work on. Operations is made up of our volunteers, and is managed by the Head of Secretariat/Project Manager.
These are attached to specific projects and consist mainly of volunteers. The Task Groups allow for people to contribute in a selective capacity without involving themselves in everything that Operations deal with. For example; the Diversi Podcast has it’s own Task Group.

Gemma Thomson, freelance game designer at Raygun Gothic. Generalist game designer and frequent game jammer. Co-founded LadyCADE to engage more women in games culture. Working with TjejHack to inspire a new generation of female game developers, and with Game Jam Stockholm for an inclusive and creative local community.
Student, The Game Assembly. Long term experience working with organisations and volunteers.
Developer and avid consumer of all things game-related. Joined Diversi because she wants to help influence the culture towards becoming more inclusive and welcoming to people both within and without the games industry.
Works with different projects at the industry organisation of which Swedish game companies (developers and publishers) are members. Director of education, also managing topics which concern human resources. One of Diversi’s formal project managers.
Started as a game developer in 1996, which makes her one of the first female developers in Sweden. Is currently program director and teacher in game design at the game development programs in Skövde. Initiated
Samson Wiklund is an experienced games writer and radio host, for outlets and programmes including Svampriket, IGN Sweden and “P3Spel”
After six years of art school and six years at a researching institute within art, design and interactivity, she ended up in the games industry working with game development teaching programmes. Ann-Sofie works actively to get as many people as possible to adopt a modern diversified view on life, and gladly offers a helping hand.
Senior programmer and one of the creators of the group JämIS, a group at Fatshark working with equality. Primary focus is diversifying content in games. Believes that creativity and variation are the basis for interesting games.

Albertina is a veteran gamer and has experience working both within the games industry (CCP Games, Southend Interactive, Digital Nature) and academia (Gotland University). She has a passion for games, equal rights and education.
