  • Organisation Structure

    Umberella

Diversi is an international non-profit umbrella organisation operating in the Nordic region e.g Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. Together we can create a sense of community and support that increases awareness, that a national level alone can’t obtain. Diversi actively collaborate with small groups such as Women in Games, by coordinate activities, events, workshops and share knowledge.

    Board

Diversi’s board has the long term visionary responsibility of our organisation. Members of the board should reflect all of the three sectors that Diversi interact with. That is; industry, education, community. We also strive to keep the board diverse and multifaceted in terms of background, gender, experience, age and so forth, so that we can maintain a fresh perspective on the challenges we face as an organisation.

    Operations

Diversi Operations handle the daily running of the organisation and also deals with the projects and events that we work on. Operations is made up of our volunteers, and is managed by board members and/or project managers.

    Task Groups

These are attached to specific projects and consist mainly of volunteers. The Task Groups allow for people to contribute in a selective capacity without involving themselves in everything that Operations deal with. For example; the Diversi Podcast has it’s own Task Group.
