  • Organisation Structure

    Board

Diversi’s board has the long term visionary responsibility of our organisation. Members of the board should reflect all of the three sectors that Diversi interact with. That is; industry, education, community. We also strive to keep the board diverse and multifaceted in terms of background, gender, experience, age and so forth, so that we can maintain a fresh perspective on the challenges we face as an organisation.

    Operations

Diversi Operations handle the daily running of the organisation and also deals with the projects and events that we work on. Operations is made up of our volunteers, and is managed by the Head of Secretariat/Project Manager.

    Task Groups

These are attached to specific projects and consist mainly of volunteers. The Task Groups allow for people to contribute in a selective capacity without involving themselves in everything that Operations deal with. For example; the Diversi Podcast has it’s own Task Group.

    Local Groups

Regional chapters, the grassroots aspect of Diversi dealing with and co-operating around diversity on a local level. Read more about our Local Groups here >>.
