Hello. We are Diversi, a collective force working for greater diversity within the gaming sphere. By enabling people from game companies, educational institutions and gaming communities to encourage and support each other’s diversity efforts, we strive to promote an inclusive culture where everyone can feel welcome.
When we talk about diversity, we usually refer to gender, sexuality, ethnicity, age, body and function diversity. A definition that grows, along with the organisation itself.
We feel that the champions of inclusive gaming doesn't always get the spotlight they deserve, and we are all about highlighting the POSITIVE. At our Facebook wall you'll be able to read news, articles, essays, videos and other material related to games, inclusion and diversity. Of course, you'll also be able to read about our upcoming events. Stay tuned!
"My best GDC moment so far was the panel group of women at King's office this morning where all these awesome professionals shared their valuable insights with us. This was so so inspiring!
Also I got to meet a French women producer yesterday evening who lives in SF. We were supposed to go for a coffee break then ended up having a 3 hours long conversation. We shared our opinions about the industry and she gave me insights about her career and work and how she got to work.
Meeting this talented and passionate professional was definitely among the most inspiring moments I got to experience as an aspiring woman in games.", Caroline Bitterly Game & Narrative designer
